Our Company

For the past six years, Hershey Orthopedic & Spine Rehabilitation in Lancaster, Pennsylvania has been providing exemplary care and effective treatments.
While we are known for our treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, general orthopedics and post-operative rehabilitation, we are experienced in handling a variety of different injuries, conditions and issues.
We are able to see patients without a referral. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are Direct Access licensed in the State of Pennsylvania.

Our Lancaster clinic is a principle provider of physical therapy services for residents of Lititz, Lancaster City, Mount Joy, Ephrata, East Petersburg, Millersville and Strasburg, as well as the surrounding central Pennsylvania region.

Paul Erwin, DPT
Paul Erwin has a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, both from Misericordia University.
He has 11 years of career experience, taking a five year time out when he served as a Recon Marine in the United States Marine Corps after 9/11.
He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Orthopedic Section and the Private Practice Section, and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.
When he is not working he follows his interest in fitness. He is part owner of CrossFit 717 in Lemoyne/Camp Hill and oversees the fitness programming. He also enjoys following Notre Dame football and the Phillies and the Eagles.
He loves spending time with his wife, Hannah, and son Liam, and daughter Josie.
He chose his career because he has a desire to help and serve others to overcome their pain and physical limitations.

Brent Hurst, PTA
Brent Hurst obtained his Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Central Pennsylvania College.
He has two years of experience as a PTA and is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
When he is not working, he enjoys personal training, working out and volleyball. He plays in local tournaments with his wife. He also likes watching the NBA and Penn State football, hunting and fishing.
He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Alanna.
He enjoys his career because he sees it as an opportunity to serve and help others. 

Lindsay Means, receptionist
Lindsay Means has an Associate’s Degree in medical billing and coding from York Technical Institute, Lancaster campus.
She has five years of experience.
When she is not working, she enjoys working out, hiking, reading and listening to music. Some of her favorites are Mumford and Sons, the Avett Brothers, and classic Sinatra and the Rat Pack.
She selected her career because she loves living an active lifestyle and working in an environment where people are working to overcome challenges to improve themselves.
