We will see you without a referral from your physician if you wish. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are Direct Access licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. We will do our best to accommodate you within 24-48 hours after your call.

We have been providing physical therapy services to residents of Lemoyne for six years.

Our Staff

Paul Erwin, DPT
Dr. Paul Erwin, a co-owner of CrossFit 717 in which the Lemoyne physical therapy clinic is located, is an experienced physical therapist and a former Marine.

He was called to follow a career in physical therapy because of his desire to help others overcome their pain and physical limitations.
He has a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, both from Misericordia University.
He has 11 years of career experience, taking a five year time out when he served as a Recon Marine in the United States Marine Corps after 9/11.
He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Orthopedic Section and the Private Practice Section, and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. When he is not working he follows his interest in fitness. Besides being part owner of CrossFit 717 in Lemoyne/Camp Hill, he oversees the fitness programming. He also enjoys following Notre Dame football and the Phillies and the Eagles.
He loves spending time with his wife, Hannah, and son Liam, and daughter Josie.

Brent Hurst, PTA
A certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as being a Physical Therapist Assistant, Brent Hurst selected his career as the ideal way for him to help others.
He obtained his Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Central Pennsylvania College and has acquired two years of experience. A member of the American Physical Therapy Association, when he is not working, he enjoys personal training, working out and volleyball. He plays in local tournaments with his wife. He likes watching the NBA and Penn State football, hunting and fishing.
He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Alanna.

Lindsay Means, receptionist
There is something special about working in an environment where people are working to overcome challenges to improve themselves, says Lindsay Means, receptionist. That is what attracted her to her career. She can also continue to live the active lifestyle that she loves. Lindsay has an Associate’s Degree in medical billing and coding from York Technical Institute, Lancaster campus.
She has five years of experience. When she is not working, she enjoys working out, hiking, reading and listening to music. Some of her favorites are Mumford and Sons, the Avett Brothers, and classic Sinatra and the Rat Pack.
